The Scoop: On Saturday, June 14th, we invite the community to get down and dirty in our garden by planting, weeding, harvesting and learning about the value of learning to grow your own fresh, local food. You’ll hear about our garden education programs, learn about our volunteer days, and taste farm-fresh food. Dangerously Delicious Pies will be whipping up delicious offerings from our produce and we will be washing it all down with Honest Tea! All are welcome! 9:00 – 11:00 - Volunteer in our Demonstration Garden. Make sure you bring clothes you don’t mind getting dirty; we’ll supply the tools and gloves.
11:00 – 1:00 - Garden Education Workshops 11:00 am: Gardening in Small Spaces 12:00 pm: Edible Weeds
1:00 – Pies, potluck, salads, and teas!
